John W. Simek
Vice President
John W. Simek is the Vice President of Sensei Enterprises, Inc. He is an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) and a nationally known testifying expert in the area of computer forensics.
Mr. Simek holds a degree in engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA in finance from Saint Joseph’s University. After forming Sensei, he ended his 20+ year affiliation with Mobil Oil Corporation, where he served as a senior technologist designing and troubleshooting Mobil’s networks throughout the western hemisphere. Mr. Simek has in-depth experience with network troubleshooting, hardware and software implementations, systems integration, and logistical and financial expertise in a wide range of computer engineering designs and solutions. He has an extensive knowledge of multi-protocol environments and a diverse range of networking technologies.
In addition to his EnCase Certification (EnCE), Mr. Simek is a Certified Handheld Examiner, Certified Novell Engineer, Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, NT Certified Independent Professional, and a Certified Internetwork Professional. He is also a member of the High Tech Crime Network and of the International Information Systems Forensics Association as well as the American Bar Association. John has also been a member of the Planning Board for the American Bar Association's TECHSHOW and is currently a member of the Boyd-Graves Conference Subcommittee on Electronic Evidence. Michael Maschke
Director of Computer Forensics
Michael Maschke is the Director of of Computer Forensics and a computer forensics examiner at Sensei Enterprises, Inc. He is an EnCase Certified forensic technologist (EnCE) as well as a Certified Computer Examiner (#744).
Mr. Maschke holds a degree in Telecommunications from James Madison University. Mr. Maschke has significant experience with network troubleshooting, design and implementation, systems integration and computer engineering. Prior to becoming the Director of Computer Forensics, Mr. Maschke oversaw Sensei's information technology department, which provides support to over 150 area law firms, legal entities and corporations.
Mr. Maschke is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator. He has spoken at the American Bar Association’s TECHSHOW conference on information security and is a co-author of Information Security for Lawyers and Law Firms as well as The 2010 Solo and Small Firm

Jesse M. Lindmar
Assistant Director of Computer Forensics Jesse M. Lindmar is the Assistant Director of Computer Forensics at Sensei Enterprises, Inc. He is a Certified Computer Examiner (#728) with extensive experience as both a computer forensics professional in the private sector and as a computer crimes investigator and police officer with the Oklahoma State University Police Department.
Prior to joining Sensei, Jesse served as the Director of Computer Forensics for Miles Technologies, and as a Computer Investigator with Vogon International LLC. He has provided expert testimony and depositions as an expert in computer forensics, and been interviewed for articles on e-discovery and on the need to securely retain or destroy corporate data.
Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ, and is a member of InfraGuard, the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners, and the Institute of Computer Forensic Professionals. Daniel R. Fuller
Computer Forensics Technologist
Daniel R. Fuller is a computer forensic examiner at Sensei Enterprises, Inc. He is an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) as well as a Certified Computer Examiner (#735),and an AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE).
Mr. Fuller holds a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Digital Forensics from the University of Rhode Island. Before joining Sensei Enterprises, Mr. Fuller interned with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service’s Computer Crimes Division in Newport, Rhode Island. Offered by the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE), the Certified Computer Examiner (CCE)® certification is a fair, vendor neutral, uncompromised process for certifying the competency of forensic computer examiners. It certifies examiners solely based on their knowledge and practical examination skills and abilities as they relate to the practice of digital forensics, and sets high forensic and ethical standards for forensic computer examiners. |

AccessData Certified Examiner™
The AccessData Certified Examiner™ program certifies individuals in both public and private sectors in the use of AccessData forencic investigative technology. The ACE credential is obtained by completing a multiple choice exam which consists of Knowledge Based and Practical Based elements. The combination of the two elements has become a recognized standard for legal defensibility when candidates have completed certifications and been required to substantiate them. |
